Online Audition (First Round) Requirements

Application Deadline: May 1, 2026
Judging Period: May 1–10, 2026 (Results will be emailed to participants.)

Instruments
All musical instruments are accepted — piano, strings, winds, voice, brass, percussion, and more.
Repertoire
Each applicant performs one piece (a single movement or a complete short work).
Only one piece per application is allowed, but participants may submit multiple applications for additional works or categories.
The same piece must be used for both the Online Round and the Final Live Round.

Final Round (Live Performance)

Qualified participants will be invited to perform in the Final Round, held at:
Church of Saint Luke Evangelist
Piazza San Luca, 84010 Praiano SA, Italy

Competition Dates: July 3rd, 2026

A performance fee will apply for those participating in the Live Round.

Traveling to Italy? Submit your application ASAP. We will review your video for eligibility and email an official invitation within 48 hours, allowing you to secure your spot and book your travel immediately.

Music Through The Centuries International Competition invites talented musicians from around the world to participate in this year’s online auditions. The competition welcomes performers of all instruments, voice, and composition categories, including solo, duo, trio, ensemble, choir, and orchestra entries. This event continues the tradition of celebrating musical excellence and artistry across centuries of repertoire—providing an inspiring platform for musicians to perform, grow, and connect through their love of music.

Prizes and Awards:

Winners will receive medals, certificates and cash prize.

Cash prize awards will be based on the complexity of the musical selection, experience and effort.
