Dr. Dmitry Alexeev made his debut at Carnegie Hall in 2003 at Weill Recital Hall. He has performed as a piano soloist and with chamber music groups throughout the United States and Europe. Dr. Alexeev’s awards as a performing pianist include grand prizes at the Artists International Competition (NYC) and Dobrich International Piano Competition (Bulgaria).
Dr. Dmitry Alexeev, an award winning pianist, established Riverside Music Studios in 2010 and has been a piano teacher for all ages and levels for over 30 years. Dr. Alexeev is a faculty member at Columbia University and holds a Doctor of Musical Arts from Manhattan School of Music, where he has also taught students at the collegiate and preparatory levels. Before earning his Doctorate, he studied piano in Russia at St. Petersburg Conservatory.
